Read entire warning before consuming. As a dietary supplement, the recommended serving is two MELTDOWN capsules. However, begin use with one MELTDOWN capsule daily to assess tolerance. Never exceed more than two total capsules daily or in a single dose. As a dietary supplement, take MELTDOWN upon awakening. In addition, drink 10 (8oz) glasses of water each day. Do not use for more than 8 consecutive weeks without taking 4 weeks off before resuming use.
