Q- When will my order be shipped?
To reach our goal, that our customers should receive the order in timely manner, We Ship most of our orders on the same Business Day.
Q- May I receive an e-mail confirmation when my order is shipped?
Yes! An E-mail Confirmation will be sent to you after your order is shipped. Tracking number, to track your order in-transit, will be included in the E-mail Confirmation.

Q- What Shipping Method Do you Use to Ship my Order?
We use USPS, Fedex or UPS to ship all of our orders. We select the best shipping method based on Buyer's location and transit time.

Q- May I track my package?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, an E-mail Confirmation will be sent to you which will also has the Tracking Number of your Order, through which you will be able to track your Package.

Return Policy

We offer a 30 days money-back guarantee to all customers with a 15% restocking fee. If a customer is dissatisfied with any product for any reason, then that customer may return that product within 30 days of invoice date, for either a replacement or a refund. Returns will be issued in like-kind payment. Return or exchange can only be be done if following conditions met:
  • A copy of the original retail sales receipt must be included with the return.
  • The product is returned to Nutra Health Supply at the customers expense for shipping and handling.
  • The product is returned with a signed statement including the name, address, and telephone number of the customer, from the customer identifying the reason for the return.
  • The product must be unopened and unused.
  • All products must be in original packing.
  • Credit by the same means payment was made.
  • A written replacement (via email or mail) request must be submitted, stating the reason for the request with payment receipt and a copy of invoice for return or exchange authorization.
